Do you offer weekly and fortnightly cleaning?
Yes. Regular cleaning may be available weekly or fortnightly depending on your suburb, preferred day, required duration and current scheduling.
Do you offer one-off, deep or end-of-lease cleans?
One-off and deep cleans are available by quote. End-of-lease cleans may also be considered depending on the property, condition, location and availability. End-of-lease work is individually scoped and does not include a bond-back guarantee.
Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
Standard products and equipment can generally be supplied. Please tell us about product sensitivities, special surfaces or household preferences before the first service.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Hillside aims to provide consistency wherever possible. Occasionally another suitable team member may attend because of leave, illness or scheduling changes, and any change will be communicated as clearly as possible.
